The property consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area, plus a WC and a separate shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, nutribulet, 2 cots and 1 high chair which are available at no extra charge.The open plan kitchen/lounge area leads out to a covered terrace, which faces the pool. There are steps that lead from the pool to a separate annex building with a summer kitchen and a separate WC. The annex building faces a small outdoor children's’ play area. On the other side of the pool there is another annex building with a small fitness area and separate shower. Internal steps lead to the first floor where there are 3 double bedrooms which share a balcony; two of these bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and the other bedroom shares a separate shower room with the fourth double bedroom that does not have a balcony. There is also a utility room on this floor.
Car hire is recommended while staying at the property. The villa is a 25-minute drive from Trogir Old Town, where the bustling streets offer many shops, cafes and restaurants at which to try the Croatian cuisine and taste the local wine. Trogir offers historic architecture, winding walkways and white pebble beaches. Whilst staying in Trogir, the stunning waterfalls at Krka National Park are highly recommended and less than an hour’s drive away. Split with its UNESCO palace is also a beautiful attraction and is located under an hours drive away.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
