4 Bedroom Villa with Pool and Jacuzzi in Seget Vranjica, Sleeps 8-9
This 4 bedroom villa is located within walking distance to the seaside town of Seget Vranjica and a beach. It would suit friends and families looking for a villa with direct sea views and to be close to local amenities.
The villa comprises of two floors and has both a pool and a Jacuzzi. Guests can enter the villa via the entrance at the front of property where there is parking and the outdoor terrace can be accessed via the side of the villa or through the patio doors from the kitchen and living area. On the ground floor there are steps from the front door that lead down to the living area, the kitchen is adjacent to the living area and the dining area can be found above the kitchen via a few steps. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor. The patio doors that lead out from the lounge and kitchen area open up to a terrace and garden. There is a Jacuzzi and pool, along with sun loungers and table and chairs dotted around. On the first floor there are three double rooms and one twin room. Two double rooms are en-suite and one has a Juliet balcony and the other a terrace. The remaining double and twin room share a bathroom and the twin room has a terrace.
Car hire is recommended when exploring the Trogir region. Seget Vranjica is a sleepy seaside village, offering a couple of restaurants with the local cuisine, bars, a supermarket and a beach. The UNESCO town of Trogir can be reached within a 15-minute drive and is linked to the mainland and to the large island of Ciovo by bridges. It is famous for its harbour, cathedral and market. Croatia’s lively second largest city Split is located just under an hour’s drive.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
