    This stunning 4 bedroom villa has a pool, terrace and balcony with mountain and sea views. Located in the tranquil destination of Grebastica, it is the perfect destination for a relaxing stay. Sleeping 8 adults and 2 children on a sofa bed, it would suit families and friends looking to be close to the beach and gorgeous towns.

    This villa consists of two floors. On the ground floor is a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen/living room with a dining area.  The 2 additional children can sleep on a sofa bed in the lounge area. On this floor there is also one double bedroom with access to the terrace, as well as a bathroom. A stone staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two twin bedrooms, one of which opens onto a balcony looking out to the mountains and sea. Both twin bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which has access to a large balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, sea and pool. The villa is a gated semi-detached property with complete privacy. Outside there is a pool filled with sea water, a terrace and a driveway with space for parking. The pool can be accessed around the outside of the villa or via the kitchen / living room.

    The property has space for parking, so customers may wish to hire a car for their trip, however it is not necessary. The property is situated in a peaceful village surrounded by mountains, with the sea just a 2-minute walk away from the front door, and restaurants, shops and cafes within walking distance. Guests are therefore in the perfect location to spend a day relaxing on the pebble beaches by the crystal blue sea, go trekking and picnicking through the countryside, or simply lounge by the pool. The medieval town of Sibenik, with two spectacular fortresses - St Michael’s Fortress and St. Nicholas Fortress - plus its beautiful cathedral, is highly recommended for a day spent sightseeing. Various bars, restaurants and cafes offer plenty of refreshments. The colourful Dalmatia Aquapark is perfect for an exciting time spent with families and friends.  A little further afield are the waterfalls at Krka National Park, or the vibrant towns of Trogir and Split.

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
