A modern, well equipped 9 bedroom villa with pool and sea views over the bay of Slano. Split into various independent rooms and apartments but let as one property, with a large shared kitchen and outdoor dining area, this villa is perfect for large families or big groups.
Guests enter the property from a gated parking area, suitable for 5 cars. The villa itself, set over 3 floors, is entered to the side of the property, with external stairs connecting ground and first floors. The spacious pool terrace, with outdoor pool surrounded by greenery, deckchairs and sun loungers, can be found to the rear of the villa, with views over the village. Balconies on the first and second floors showcase beautiful sea views over the bay in Slano.
The ground floor had a separate private entrance to the rest of the property. Three studio apartments are set on the ground floor, each with entrance from the terrace, pool and BBQ area. Each studio apartment comprises an open plan living room/kitchenette, with double bed in the living area, and separate shower room. A games room can also be found on this level.
The first floor is accessed by external stairs to the side of the property, and comprises a large open plan living-kitchen-dining room leading to a spacious balcony, a separate WC, and three double bedrooms, each with ensuite shower room.

Further afield, Dubrovnik is just 25km from the villa and is well worth a day trip to explore the beautiful Old Town. Visit nearby Ston, 20 minutes’ drive from the villa, to try one of their famous oyster dishes.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
