    This elegant four-bedroom holiday home is arranged over three levels and set within the unspoilt village of Brsečine, approximately 22 km from Dubrovnik’s Old Town. Framed by Mediterranean greenery and elevated above the Adriatic coast, it enjoys far-reaching sea views and a calm, rural atmosphere. The property’s refined style and generous layout make it particularly well suited to guests travelling as families or groups of friends who value space, comfort and a peaceful setting within easy reach of the region’s highlights.

    The approach leads to a designated car parking area, from which steps ascend to the main entrance. Entrance – on the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a light-filled open-plan living and dining area with direct access to the outdoor terraces. The kitchen is designed for sociable cooking and shared meals, complemented by an indoor dining space seating up to eight guests. The upper levels host four well-appointed bedrooms arranged across the first and second floors, each enjoying sweeping sea views. Three bedrooms feature en-suite shower rooms, while the fourth benefits from an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms open onto balconies or terraces, providing inviting spots for a morning coffee or an evening drink. Outside, the landscaped garden terraces lead to a swimming pool and sun loungers, offering a relaxing setting to take in the coastal scenery and sunsets.

    Guests are ideally placed to explore the surrounding area, with several unspoilt beaches close by, including the scenic shores near Brsečine and Štikovica. Local shops and restaurants are within easy reach, while the nearby Sun Gardens Resort offers additional dining and leisure options. A short drive brings guests to Dubrovnik, where they can discover the historic city walls, Stradun, museums and churches of the Old Town.       Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
