Brac Island Villa with Pool in the Center of Povlja Village, sleeps 10-12
This traditional three storey villa in the village of Povlja, on the east side of Brac Island, is situated just three rows back from the sea. Povlja is a small fishing village with a selection of restaurants and water front cafes. It is only 10km from the more famous Sumartin, which has a ferry to and from Makarska on the mainland.
The villa has a lounge with comfortable seating area for 4-6 persons, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor as well a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and separate utility room with toilet. Patio doors open from the lounge to the terrace with pool, outdoor dining facilities and built-in BBQ. A seating area close to the BBQ seats 8 comfortably, and can seat up to 12 persons, The first floor and second floors both have two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. The front bedroom on the second floor has a balcony with sea views. Two of the bedrooms also contain a single sofa-bed.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa
