An elegant villa set over 3 levels, directly on the seafront on Brac island. The centrepiece of the grounds of the property is a beautiful infinity pool with views over the bay, surrounded by a spacious terrace, with sun loungers and plenty of places to relax. External stairs lead to a large terrace area with plenty of space for the outdoor dining experiences Croatia is famous for.
Large glass doors lead in from the sea-facing pool area to two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room. A gym and sauna can also be found on this level. Stairs lead up to a spacious, elegant living area, with beautiful décor and stylish yet comfortable furnishings throughout. The kitchen on this level is equipped with everything you could ever need, with views out over the bay and doors opening onto the terrace area overlooking the pool. Stairs lead up to the top floor entrance level of the property, accessed via the parking area, with two large bedrooms, each with bathroom. These top floor bedrooms benefit from floor-to-ceiling windows framing the stunning sea and mountain views, and each has its own private balcony.
This outstanding luxury villa provides daily maid service as standard, and a concierge/house manager is always on hand for anything you need. Bikes are available at the property for guests' use. A boat mooring area can be found at the foot of the property; a boat and skipper can also be hired on a daily basis for excursions to surrounding islands. Explore the area
Car hire is highly recommended. Brac island is a beautiful practically untouched destination, with many charming traditional villages to explore. Outdoor activities available within the area include fishing, diving, water skiing, hiking, gliding and parasailing. Nearby Sumartin is a pretty seaside town with plenty of restaurants and lovely beaches. Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa
Please Contact Us should you wish to place an option on a property for 24 hours whilst you book your flights and/or make other arrangements.
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
