This charming beach front villa is located in the village of Okrug Gornji on the island of Ciovo. The island is easily accessible from the UNESCO protected town of Trogir, whilst Split Airport is located only 12kms away. Beautifully presented, the villa would suit a family or group of friends looking to stay in a quiet waterfront residence within walking distance of local restaurants and shops.
The villa is approached along a narrow road leading to the sea front and onto a private driveway. Stairs lead from the driveway through the garden to the villa. Guests enter the villa into a welcoming ground floor split-level open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, while both have sea-facing balconies. A separate shower room is located next to the bedrooms. On the first floor there is a double and a single bedroom, shower room and a gallery seating area overlooking the lounge. To the front of the villa there is a covered terrace with dining facilities, BBQ and sun loungers. From here guests can enjoy the fantastic sea views across the bay and out to Solta island. The mature garden with flowers and trees surround a gazebo at the bottom of the garden which provides the perfect respite from the sun. The beach is in front of the villa, just 30 metres away.
Car hire is recommended. The villa is ideally located to explore this fascinating region by car or by boat. Places of interest to visit include the city of Split and the Krka waterfalls (35 and 45 minutes respectively by car)and of course the many islands located in this area of Croatia.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa
