Occupying an enviable first row to the sea position in the highly desirable sea side neighbourhood of Lozica, this light-filled contemporary stylish luxury villa offers guests the perfect combination of being within easy reach of Dubrovnik City whilst at the same time offering a comfortable retreat away from the crowds for guests to relax and unwind in whilst enjoying the magnificent views to be had from the villa.
No attention to detail has been spared with regard to the interior design which features Swarovski chandeliers, selected fine and contemporary art pieces, sumptuous rugs and oak floors as well as the best quality marble sourced from around the world all carefully put together to produce a luxurious living environment . The villa is accessed from the central road that passes through Lozica. Guests enter directly into the upper parking level .The main entrance to the villa is located one flight of stairs down from the parking area. From here guests enter into a spacious atrium which features a study area from where a door leads out onto a terrace which adjoins the gym. The gym and study offer extensive sea views. This floor is galleried over the lounge area below which is accessible via an elegant marble staircase. The lounge is open plan with the dining room and kitchen and a number of patio doors open out onto the sea view terrace, infinity pool and outdoor dining area. There is also a guest cloakroom with WC on the lounge floor. Stairs from the lounge terrace lead down to the beach pontoon area where guests can sunbathe and swim in the crystal clear Adriatic sea.
The villa features 5 bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms are not connected to the villa internally whilst the other 3 are accessible from within the villa. All full size beds are king size. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
Bedroom 1: Standard double bedroom with en-suite shower room (32m2) and balcony. Located near the parking level. Has its’ own entrance and is not connected internally to the main villa.
Bedroom 2: Master Double Bedroom is accessed from an ascending staircase from the galleried level. The bedroom features an en-suite shower room with double sink and a sea view Jacuzzi corner bath located in the bedroom area (56m2)
Bedroom 3: Deluxe double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a sea view Jacuzzi corner bath located in the bedroom area (43m2). This bedroom is located next to the Master bedroom.
Bedroom 4: Deluxe double bedroom with en-suite shower rooms (34m2). 2 terraces, one with a hammock. Located on the same level as the entrance door and galleried study area.
Bedroom 5: Standard double bedroom with en-suite shower room and pull out sofa bed (27m2). This room is is not connected internally to the main villa. It is accessed from the sea view terrace located in front of the open plan lounge.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
