The double bedrooms have direct access to a shared balcony. One double bedroom has an ensuite shower room, while the second double bedroom and twin bedroom share a separate shower room. The second floor contains a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and direct access to the roof terrace equipped with sun loungers and a table tennis table, and featuring panoramic sea views. Car hire is recommended for exploring the Kvarner Gulf. Guests can reach a range of shops and restaurants within 5-10 minutes on foot, and the beaches along the Lungomare leading to Opatija are 20 minutes’ walk or 5 minutes away by car. Opatija town centre is 2.5 km away, ideal for evening meals in a wide range of restaurants. Nearby areas of interest include visiting the unspoilt islands of Cres and Losinj, the Ucka national park, and exploring the Istria region including Pula with its’ Roman amphitheatre.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
