This authentic stone 2 bedroom holiday home is perched up in the hillside above Orebic town, yet within walking distance of the town centre and beaches. With its comfortable interiors and panoramic sea views from the pool terrace, this villa is a perfect choice for a small family or couples.
Guests enter from the parking area to a spacious sun terrace, and stunning sea views from the pool area. Steps up from this gated terrace lead to a shaded veranda with coffee tables and chairs to sit and enjoy the sunset over the islands in the distance. From here, guests enter the villa to an open-plan living-kitchen-dining room with double sofa-bed, leading through to two double bedrooms sharing a shower room.
Explore the area
Car hire is recommended, although the town centre, beaches, shops and restaurants of Orebic are all within 10-15 minutes’ walk. Orebic town is well worth exploring for the day with its lively port surrounded by café-bars and restaurants. From here, you can take a 15-minute ferry crossing to Korcula Island, and explore historic Korcula town. Wine tasting is becoming increasingly popular in the area - Peljesac is well established as a wine growing region. For sports lovers, a sailing school can be found in Korcula, and surfing lessons can be taken at a surfing school in nearby Viganj.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Stunning, Comfortable, very well equipped. Only negative we faced were number of wasps around the pool. No obvious nest immediately around the property, so almost certain that there was nothing owners could have done, but with young children (2 stings), and the wasps attracted by the water during heat of the day, it became restrictive on their use of the pool at times.
Property owner was extremely - very responsive, never intrusive.
We've been to Brac and now Orebic, loved both villas (Villa Mira last year), probably preferred Brac to Orebic as slightly more to do with the children, although Dubrovnik for a couple of days subsequently was absolutely fantastic - loved it. Entirely open to suggestions of where we could try next... over to you!
Impressed with: Beautiful, friendly, climate, food, affordable, clean (although Dubrovnik region noticeable more expensive than Split/Brac Island).
Not impressed with: Nothing
Recommend: Mostly self-catered, used a couple of local restaurants (can't remember names) but all were good. Day trip to Korcula was fantastic and not to be missed. Trip to Ston to climb the walls and see the salt works was well worth it.
Favourite villa moment: Night swimming with pool lights on (fantastic), then enjoying glass of wine on sun loungers in total darkness and watching the stars. Unforgettable.
