Spacious 2 Bedroom Seaside Accommodation with Pool on Brac Island
This spacious seaside villa is situated on the western coast of Brac island in the picturesque bay of Luka Bobovisca. This natural V shaped inlet boasts sparkling turquoise water and a small village at one end with a couple of restaurants.
The property, which is approached from the rear, is situated in an elevated position overlooking the bay and consists of a beautifully manicured garden leading down to the main entrance; the L-shaped pool with sundeck is also located in this upper garden area to take advantage of the sunny position and stunning views.
Guests enter into a spacious hallway leading to a large open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area with patio doors leading out onto a sea facing terrace. There is a further larger sea facing terrace leading off from the kitchen which provides an ideal outdoor entertaining area, complete with wood burning BBQ and outdoor summer kitchen. The remaining rooms are comprised of one double bedroom with a sea facing balcony, one twin bedroom with garden view and a shower room.
Car hire is recommended. There are approximately 60 steps leading down to the sea from the villa so the property would not suit those experiencing walking difficulties. The property would suit a family or a group of friends looking to stay in a pretty location on one of Croatia’s most popular islands.

Owner was lovely and very helpful. The sun terraces and views were fantastic. Bedroom furniture could do with an update as could the shower but overall it was lovely. She was always available to answer any questions and was particularly helpful when two of our party got lost trying to find the villa!
Impressed with: The scenery and the peace and tranquillity. The wonderful architecture in all the villages. The wine!!
Not impressed with: Split Airport- far too busy.
Recommend: The entire Island is wonderful. Supetar and Sutevan in particular. Very handy location for nipping over to Split for the day too.
Favourite villa moment: The views. Impossible to describe them particularly at sunrise and sunset. The smell of the Rosemary bushes. Being able to walk down steps and swim in the clear water. Fabulous.

Good selection of Croatian villas. Owner was delightful. Made Creme Caramel and pancakes for us on several occasions.
Impressed with: Beautiful coastline, sea and towns. Good food and friendly people. Good value.
Not impressed with: Lack of sandy beaches.
Recommend: Restaurant Dalmatino in the village was very good. Restaurant Slika in Milna did great pizzas. Milna and Sutivan best for shopping.
Favourite villa moment: Evening sunsets and the view were stunning.

Owner was fantastic. Generous with food provided (egg custard on arrival, her now famous pancakes during our stay, as well as some cold beers, milk, juice and fruit). She also went out of her way to find and lend us some ice blocks to use, clearly borrowing some from a neighbour when she could not find her own. Always available, never intrusive, the perfect combination. Many thanks to her.
Found attractive property online. Responsive online and on phone. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms would certainly be welcome, but otherwise it was superb, thoroughly enjoyed and would love to return
Impressed with: Inexpensive, friendly, great weather, unspoiled, good food...
Not impressed with: Dog mess in Split.
Recommend: We had a good meal in the first of the two restaurants in Bobovisca. Loved Milna: charming, unspoiled but with excellent choice of restaurants and bars, great vibe and inexpensive. We hired a small boat with outboard for a day (kn500) which gave us a hugely enjoyed day from a different perspective (Stanko was excellent, has a couple of new boats and was very accommodating, providing fishing equipment for our children without any charge: 00 385 989 739 599). We visited Bol and Zlatni Rat just before peak season and were really impressed. Beautifully clean and relaxed. Also enjoyed brief visit to Sutivan.
Favourite villa moment: Just spending time around the villa and pool, enjoying the outdoor eating area and bbq. Those views...

Owner was lovely- she had made a cake for our arrival, and stocked fridge with beers. She later gave us some fresh fish, and homemade pancakes. She was very helpful with advice regarding where to shop and eat. We felt like her valued guests.
Impressed with: Lovely coastline. Relatively unspoilt and uncrowded. Very friendly helpful people.
Recommend: Both restaurants in Bobivisce are good. There is excellent restaurant in Milna- Gajeta Konoba Wouldn't bother going to Bol beach- Long way and very crowded when got there. Not even sandy!
Favourite villa moment: Swimming in bay- beautifully calm and warm water with fabulous views.

The apartment is stunning, well located and well maintained. We just felt that it was a bit busy (too many little ornaments and personal artifacts). It was not a huge bother but we would have preferred it not be there. The apartment was advertised as having a washing machine which it did not have.
Owner was extremely helpful.
Impressed with: The climate and the scenery, and the people who try very hard to serve their clients in English.
Not impressed with: The prices of food
Recommend: The restaurant on the premises was excellent. Cavtat was a little treasure, and the boat transfer to Dubrovnik from here is a lovely way to enter this beautiful City, especially for your first visit.
Favourite villa moment: Every sunrise and sunset was magnificent.
Villa Comments: I have a washing machine and I tell everyone that it is in a separate room on the ground floor and the door is always open. I do not know how it happened that they did not know and I'm surprised they did not ask.

Property owner could not have been more helpful - a lovely friendly lady for whom nothing was too much trouble.
The directions to the villa on the map you supplied were incorrect as the steep hill from the village is only one way. You need to turn right on the bend before the sign for Luke Bobovisca on the main road.
We have ticked value for money as excellent as we had a 50% reduction for a late booking, however if it had been at the full price we probably wouldn't have gone. We still feel after staying that the full price is certainly too much for two people.
Impressed with: The scenery, the wonderful old buildings in the villages, the friendly people and the laid back lifestyle on the islands.
Not impressed with: Split although we didn't visit the old town
Recommend:We used only one restaurant which the service and the food were excellent. Sorry not sure of name could have been Vala Konoba but first one coming from down the steps from the villa and along the waters edge!
Favourite villa moment: The view, the swimming pool

Very happy with all services provided by Croatian Villas and the Host. Very beautiful place, owner was a great host; bringing us fresh fruit, fish, pancakes and trifle. The pool was very refreshing and was cleaned out every day by the host, the garden was very well kept, and the barbecue/ covered dining area are a great feature. The host was a great help and she does make the holiday that bit more easier and special. Our holiday was during May which seems to be a relatively quiet time on the Island, I noticed there was a lot of events planned Jun - Aug.
Impressed with:Very beautiful scenery.
Favourite villa moment:Many favourite moments, from BBQs to chilling by the pool and swimming in the bay.
Recommend: When arriving at the Island go to the supermarkets before going to the Villa only the very basics are supplied at the Villa, Juice and Bread.

Beautiful, peaceful. Less busy than we thought it would be. Well if we are going to nitpick- they had one knife that wasn't totally blunt! What I really want to say is a personal message to the owner who didn't speak good enough English so we couldn't say this at the time: Thanks so much for being so kind and accommodating. It was so nice to know you were just downstairs especially after the day of our crash. Your little cakes and pancake deliveries made up what was the perfect stay in the perfect property. We really appreciate you being so friendly. Thanks so much

Absolutely perfect place, lovely owner, I would highly recommend it. Impressed with: Beautiful nature. Not impressed with: Already too high prices; I will inform myself about these islands, because Brac is definitely too expensive!

Property was fabulous, in a lovely location. Owner was a very kind hostess who paid great attention to the little extras that mean so much. The children loved her bowls of ice cream the morning we left. She had provided us with some cooked food for us to eat on our arrival and had stocked the fridge with essentials. She introduced us to other local delicacies throughout our stay. Would thoroughly recommend the property.
