Three Bedroom Seaside Villa with Heated Pool, sleeps 6-7, in Vinisce near Trogir
This bright and airy villa, tucked away in the sleepy seaside village of Vinisce, lies within easy access of the UNESCO protected town of Trogir as well as the pretty coastal town of Primosten. The villa is ideally placed for clients arriving into Split or Zadar airport and would suit a couple, small group of friends or a family looking to stay in a quiet picturesque seaside village with the added bonus of having a pretty turquoise water filled harbour located a short stroll away from the villa.
The villa is approached along a gravel road where parking is located to the rear of the property. Guests enter up a flight of stairs onto a large balcony overlooking the pool, with village and sea view. The main entrance is accessed from the balcony and opens directly into an open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area with picture windows and 2 sets of glass doors overlooking the pool area. Two double bedrooms, one of which overlooks the pool, and a separate shower room are located in a corridor off the lounge.
Stairs* from the house lead down to the terrace and pool area containing an outdoor BBQ/summer kitchen and dining table and chairs as well as sun recliners around the pool. From this terrace, guests access the third double bedroom with en-suite shower room on the ground floor level.
*Please note that at one point on this staircase there is a low ceiling situated above where you have to duck in order to continue down the staircase. Please mind your head.Car hire is recommended as the villa provides an ideal base from which to explore the region. Such sites as the waterfalls of Krka National Park as well as the historic cities of Split and Zadar are all located within 30 – 60 minutes drive of the villa. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

The property was very comfortable, but would have liked to have 2 twin beds in the second bedroom instead of double as I had two teenagers. The smaller double bed was slightly too small. Mirrors in the bedrooms would be great. Also air conditioning in the living room was great but fans were a must in the bedrooms.
Apart from that the villa was lovely especially around the swimming pool area.
The owner and his family were a delight and very helpful. He gave us lots of information and was very helpful.
I googled villas in Croatia and your site looked the most interesting as you mainly deal with Croatia. I am impressed with the service and suggestions made when I first called up to say that we had never visited Croatia before and gave the budget that we had. Villa Vinisce was perfect for what we wanted.
Impressed with: Loved the weather obviously! The people very friendly and can speak English. Great value for money. The motorways are exceptional. Needed more time to explore the cultural delights of the country
Not impressed with: Don’t think there was anything that we did not like about Croatia!
Recommend: Have to say that we were disappointed with the restaurants in the harbour. But recommend the restaurants in Trogir. La Dalmatia was brilliant. For a great shopping experience in the "cool". The Mall in Split was brilliant!
Favourite villa moment: Favourite villa moments were discovering we had a tortoise in the garden, which we fed every day. Also the fig trees in the garden were overflowing with fruit. The pool was a godsend and a delight

Nice house. Really lovely. We had a great time. Beautiful house and pool. People in the bars and restaurants also very friendly. Owner was always happy to help with anything. Could not have been more helpful. Allowed us in early. Very good service. Thanks very much.

Directions by car were very good until the last 1/4 mile. Needs careful look at road signs, to make correct turns etc. (when you know, it's easy)but first time is not so !
Emailing owner is excellent as he responds quickly. However, trying to phone is not so easy. If guest do not have mobile phone or access to wi fi there could be a real problem.
A microwave oven is advisable. (the owner says he will see to that )
There is an outside kitchen which is good (no mention of it in details)
Impressed with: Clarity of sea water, historical sights & recent history...it's people.
Not impressed with: Some locals can be less responsive to visitors but they have undergone troublesome times. Give them time.
Recommend: Excellent position for historical sights. Split, Trogir and Sibenik Mastrinka. Restaurant has been overlooked by others I fear. The food is excellent the service is personal and family oriented. Wine is home grown and made and is exceptional.

Very cute house, located a bit outside the village and therefor very quiet! 500m of the beach, walking distance of everything needed, nice pool and terrace poor amenities (no microwaves, no dishwasher, no exterior lightning, no BBQ ustensils, no pizza oven) house needs to be finished in the details, it seems like owners stopped the works when 'almost finished', also bad airco and beds...
Very nice persons, we saw the owner lady a couple of times when she took care of the garden (also sometimes early in the morning, a bit scary, but she is so sweet that you can't say anything about this)
Impressed with: Coast line, authenticity and quietness!
Not impressed with: Rough roads, sometimes people are also a bit rough

Villa Comments: There is lots of exterior lighting and there are tons of BBQ utensils. I'm surprised the quests haven't seen that. I wish they had asked!. The BBQ is designed to be used as a pizza oven. We use it as a pizza oven. Given the present design of the kitchen adding the dishwasher is practically impossible. We could add a microwave.
Stayed July 2015Have stayed at the same villa for two years running and found the family/owners very friendly. Understand owner is planning to get wi-fi but this was not installed before our visit. It would have been useful.
Impressed with: The coastline and crystal clear sea.
Not impressed with: No major complaints
Recommend: The boat hire in the village, Pico Boat Hire, allowing trip to a couple of the islands, has been a highlight on both of our visits. We also like the simple beach bar and pizzeria, Kaktus, in Vinisce.
