Located near popular seaside resort Privlaka with direct access to a sandy beach, these villas would suit friends and families looking for a peaceful villa holiday. There are 10 villas in total; the 9th villa has an outdoor Jacuzzi instead of a pool and the 10th has 5 bedrooms instead of 4 and sleeps up to 10 guests. All villas offer outdoor terraces and direct sea views.
Each villa can be accessed via the back entrance of the property, where the parking can be found. On the ground floor there is a toilet and an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The patio doors from the kitchen area lead out to the outdoor terrace, where there is the pool or Jacuzzi and outdoor dining area; perfect for those summer evenings. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms; one of which is an en-suite and the other two share a bathroom. On the second floor there is the master bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the rooftop terrace. The 5-bedroom villa contains an additional double bedroom on the second floor.
Car hire is recommended when staying in one of these villas. Privlaka is a quiet and picturesque tourist resort and is surrounded by turquoise blue sea. Its sandy, shallow-water beaches are ideal for family villa holidays. The historical town of Nin can be reached within a 10 minute drive and offers over 8 kilometres of sandy beach, an array of bars and restaurants and historical ruins to explore. The Queen’s Beach is popular amongst the tourists. The well-known town of Zadar steeped in history and set on a small peninsular is just over a 25-minute drive away.
Final Cleaning (€100) and Linen (€100) is not included in the price and is payable locally in cash on arrival.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
