This picturesque villa is located in a secluded area in the small coastal town of Milna on the island of Brac. Surrounded by a large garden filled with olive trees and ample space, its the perfect place to unwind and relax whilst still being within easy reach of everything Milna has to offer. Located on a hill overlooking the sea and within easy reach of the islands nearby beachs the villa has all the facilities to make it an ideal choice for a family, or group of friends.
The villa is approached from a private driveway providing ample parking space. Located on the ground floor there is a lounge with an open plan kitchen-diner, two bathrooms and one double bedroom. The first floor has two separate entrances. From the first entrance there are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single. There is also a large shared bathroom, a gym and a terrace. From the second entrance there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin and a shared bathroom. The property features a large garden with furnished terraces, BBQ, swimming pool and children’s play area. Outside the main entrance door there is a covered terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The town of Milna is just a three-minute walk away where guests will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops as well as ferry departures to the nearby islands. Within a few minutes walk there are tennis and basketball courts for active guests. The villa provides an excellent base from which to explore other parts of Brac island including Zlatni Rat Beach at Bol and Vidova Gora - the highest point on the island. Excursions to other islands and Split old town are also available. Brac Island is a 45 minute ferry journey from Split harbour from where a frequent ferry service to the island operates.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
