Located along the 6km white pebble beach of Brela is this stunning 9 bedroom villa with pool. Positioned in a slightly elevated position above the coast, 90m away from the beach and offering stunning Adriatic views, the villa would suit 2 or more families or a large group of friends who are looking to be within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants and bars.
The villa is presented on 4 levels, ground, first, second and thirst floor. The villa features an internal lift which connects all the floors. Parking is located at the upper rear floor of the villa. Here guests can enter the villa from a gangway from the parking to the top floor or take an outside staircase down to other levels of the villa. The floors feature the following rooms:
Ground Floor – Open plan kitchen / dining room with table for 18 persons / lounge. A toilet and a games room with table tennis and a PlayStation console are also located on this level. Sliding doors open out onto a sea view terrace with coffee table and chairs. Steps down from this terrace lead to the infinity pool where guests can relax and enjoy the spectacular view from one of the many sunlounges available. Further steps down from the pool guests will arrive at a lawned garden, perfect for little ones to play on. From the garden level guests can walk down a staircase through the pine trees to arrive at the beach.
Second floor – 5 x double bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to a sea facing balcony. One of the bedrooms contains a sofa bed for 2 persons.
Third Floor – Gym, Sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, toilet, shower room. From the gym sliding doors open out onto a sea facing balcony.
Fourth Floor – 4 x double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to a sea facing balcony.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this property. Places of interest within the area include the stunning beaches located along the Makarska Riviera, Biokovo National Park, white water rafting, canoeing and canyoning on the River Cetina near Omis as well as day trips to the historical cities of Split, and Dubrovnik. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
