    This large 8 bedroom villa with pool is situated near the UNESCO protected town of Trogir. The villa is ideal for groups or families keen to be close to the beaches and activities which this area has to offer. With its  comfortable living space and entertainment facilities, this villa makes for a relaxing stay.

    This villa is located over four floors. Guest enter into the ground floor where there is an open plan kitchen /diner / lounge, a billiards room, a football table / PS3 room, and access to the covered outdoor terrace / dining with BBQ and pool area. The basement gym is accessed via an internal staircase. The first floor also accessed via an internal staircase features a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and balcony, a twin bedroom with balcony, 2 double bedrooms with balcony. There is a separate shower room. The second floor is accessed via an external staircase. On this floor there are 2 double bedrooms with balcony, a double bedroom without balcony, a twin bedroom with balcony and 2 shower rooms. There is also an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with patio doors leading out to a balcony with distant sea views.

    Kastel Novi is one of 7 fortresses that were built between Split and Trogir around the 16th century. Today, after a major investment programme, it is a charmingly restored seaside town. There are plenty of beaches within the area for swimming. Activities available nearby include scuba diving, snorkelling, wind surfing, bike hire as well as skippered boat hire, all of which can be arranged locally.       Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
