Located between Pucisca and Postira and set amongst the olive groves within the Brac Island countryside, this 2-bedroom villa with pool and traditional island white roof offers a perfect hideaway to relax and unwind from life’s everyday stresses. Guests at the villa can chill out by the pool during the day and enjoy al fresco dining in the evening at a traditional Brac island stone table positioned under a shady tree. The villa is ideal for couples or a small group.
The villa is approached along a gravel drive into a parking area. Guests enter the ground floor which consists of a comfortable open plan kitchen/extendable dining table/lounge with sofa bed. There is a separate bathroom on this level. The first floor, accessed via an external staircase, features a double bedroom and a triple bedroom. The beds in the bedrooms can be separated to make single beds. Outside guests can enjoy the swimming pool and an outside BBQ and shady dining area.
Car hire is recommended when staying at the villa. The nearby town of Pucisa offers a picturesque harbour, sea food restaurants, bars and various excursions. Sites of interest on Brac island include Vidova Gora, the highest point of all the Adriatic islands (778m), the towns of Milna, Supetar, Sutivan and Bol with its' popular Golden Cape beach as well as the Blaca Hermitage dating back to the 15th century located on the south of the island. The stunning sandy beach of Lovrecina Bay; with its shallow turquoise water and sheltered position is highly recommended. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
