This comfortable 3-bedroom villa with heated pool is situated in the Brac island village of Skrip and offers far reaching views of the Adriatic and Dalmatian coast mainland from its many terraces and balconies. The villa would suit a family or group of friends looking to relax and unwind on one of Croatia’s most popular islands.
The villa is approached from the rear into a car parking area located on the side of the property. Guests enter from the rear directly into a light and airy open plan natural oak floored kitchen with breakfast bar / dining room and lounge. Sliding patio doors open out onto the pool terrace featuring a good sized pool and a shady area for guests to enjoy relaxing on sun recliners. A shower room and additional study room which opens onto the pool terrace and features a single sofa bed suitable for one person is also located on this ground floor level. The first floor hallway is galleried over the lounge. This floor consists of the following rooms:
· Double bedroom with en- suite shower room and 2 x ornamental balconies, one offering a sea view and the other offering a side sea view.

· Twin bedroom with side sea view ornamental balcony

In addition to the above rooms the galleried hallway features a rear facing balcony and a salon seating area with ornamental balcony overlooking the pool.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. There is much to see and do on the island including boat excursions, exploring the typical Brac island harbour towns and of course the many beaches dotted around the island including the popular V shaped beach at Zlatni Rat, Bol. 400m away Cava Brac is the nearest restaurant to the villa.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
