This stunning villa occupies an enviable beach front position in Supetar, one of Brac island’s authentic harbour towns. Guests at the property can enjoy a relaxing stay whilst being within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The villa would suit a group of friends of families. The villa is approached via a local road, parking is located to the rear of the property. Guests descend a short staircase into the ground floor. This level, which curves around the pool area features a spacious open plan lounge dining room with exposed stone walls, fireplace and piano. There is a separate professional kitchen and guest toilets. Nearby is a TV room and games room with billiard table. A curved corridor featuring Roman mural paintings, extends from the common room areas of the villa to 4 of the double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms each featuring a walk in shower rooms accessed from the bedroom and a terrace leading out to the pool. A spiral staircase to the first floor features the 2 remaining double bedrooms one of which is smaller than the ground floor room and the other is presented as a suite with galleried double bedroom. There are a range of other rooms located on this level including a spa centre with Finish sauna , infra red treatment room, indoor jacuzzi, gym, massage room. Outside there is a 2nd jacuzzi, outside exercise bike, summer kitchen and dining area along with a guest toilet. By the pool area guests can enjoy relaxing in the sun loungers around the pool just a few steps away from the beautiful beach.
A ‘Ranch’ situated around 5 minutes’ drive from the villa forms part of the villa estate and can be rented for an additional fee. The ranch consists of a summer house / kitchen and large outdoor pool set in a vast estate featuring olive trees along with other vegetation. It also houses a few animals including a resident mini horse. The ranch offers guests a ‘nature escape’ along with wonderful views of the surrounding region. Ranch price on request.
The vibrant town of Supetar on Brac island has plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from, with the centre within easy walking distance of the villa. Brac island itself has a wealth of attractions – from water sports and aquaparks to well-known sights such as the famous Golden Cape beach at Bol. Nearby authentic towns Milna, Postira, Sutivan are worth an explore, while Supetar is ideal for catching a ferry to explore Split city on the mainland. Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
