    This comfortable 5 bedroom villa with pool is situated in Babin Kuk,a popular holiday location in Dubrovnik city and only a 10 minute drive from the city’s historic Old Town. As well as offering guests an excellent base from which to explore the city and the surrounding region, the villa offers a fascinating historical connection being the childhood home of the masterful WW2 double agent and - so it said - ladies’ man Dusko Popov  who allegedly was one of Ian Fleming’s inspiration for the character of James Bond. Nowadays guests can be assured their stay in the villa will be less action packed and more of the relaxing kind.

    This villa is approached from the road, via a stepped pathway through the large front garden into the entrance hall. This floor features an open plan kitchen/dining/living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, a double room with en suite shower room and a separate guest toilet. Patio doors from the open plan lounge lead out to the terrace and pool area which offers al fresco dining. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and a large balcony with partial pool and city view. The double bedroom on the second floor (eaves) is presented studio style with kitchenette and shower room. In the pool garden there is a separate annexe featuring on the ground floor a konoba room with grill (similar to a taverna) ,  a spa with gym and finish sauna. On the first floor there is a one-bedroom apartment with lounge, kitchenette and shower room.

    The villa is within easy reach of the popular bars and restaurants located in this area such as Restaurant Orsan where boat mooring is also available. The apartment also offers easy access for boat trips which leave from Gruz harbour to the surrounding islands such as the National Park of Mljet and the Elaphiti islands Lokrum Island makes for a great day out and can be reached via a 20-minute ferry ride from Dubrovnik old port. Other recommended attractions within the region include the historical town of Cavtat as well as day trips/excursions to Montenegro and Mostar.       Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
