    This two-bedroom duplex apartment near Dubrovnik Old Town sleeps 4-6 guests and offers a balcony and shares a terrace with a Jacuzzi and BBQ with the neighboring apartment, DU264. The two apartments can be booked together and would then offer accommodation for up to 12 guests. The apartment suits families and friends looking to explore Dubrovnik’s coastal and city regions with the luxury of returning to a peaceful location.

    The apartment is on the first and second floor of the 3-story building. The owner lives on the ground floor, however guests have complete privacy as the apartment has three separate entrances for the ground floor and the two apartments, both of which are located on the first and second floor of the building. Likewise, the two apartments are separate from one another with separate entrances to ensure privacy. Guests enter the property via the entrance hall on the first floor, which opens onto an open-plan kitchen and living room, where there is a balcony with a table and chairs under a parasol. The indoor staircase leads to the second floor where there are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There is a shared garden, BBQ and Jacuzzi, which both apartments have access to. Each apartment has complimentary parking for one car.

    A bus stop is located 150 metres from the apartment, via which the Old Town can be easily reached. Kayaking trips exploring the Dubrovnik coast and ferry journeys around the surrounding islands, such a The Elafiti Islands, can be arranged from the centre of the Old Town. Guests may also choose to visit the nearby Bellevue beach, which is a 15-minute walk away.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
