This spacious 5 bedroom stone house villa with terraced garden and stunning views of Dubrovnik Old Town is located only a few minutes walk from the gates of the historical city centre. It would best suit a large family or large group of friends travelling together and looking to explore Dubrovnik’s cobbled streets and historic areas..
The ground floor of the house features a living room, dining room, kitchen and shower room. The first floor consists of 2 double bedrooms, (1 with ensuite bathroom). The second floor (eaves) features a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a communal lounge area. Outside there is a terrace with a lovely garden, seating area and summer kitchen. The terrace also contains an annex with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
The Dubrovnik city walls and the cable car ride are worth a visit, both offering incredible views of the city. Lokrum Island should also not be missed, it is a lovely day out and ferry journeys to and from the island can be arranged in the Old Town. Inside the old town itself guests are offered an array of shops, bars and restaurants to explore and enjoy. The nearest beach is located 250 meters from the villa and the larger Banje beach is located 15 minutes walk from the villa.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
