    This beautifully presented large 6 bedroom villa is located near the stunning coastal seaside town of Rovinj situated along Istria’s western coast. The villa is perfectly positioned to explore this region and would suit 2 or 3 families or a large group of friends looking for a fully equipped villa offering a pool/terrace entertainment area with covered outside dining and BBQ.

    The ground floor features 2 x double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and 2 showers rooms . There is a separate open plan kitchenette/dining area/lounge where doors lead out to a side patio with a dining area and table tennis. The first floor, accessed via a spiral staircase, features an open plan full size kitchen/dining area/lounge, guest WC, 2 double bedrooms with doors leading out to a side garden, a twin bedroom, a shower room and a bathroom with a bath. Doors from the open plan kitchen/lounge lead out onto a raised shaded terrace with table and chairs. From here a short flight of steps leads down to the pool/lounge/outdoor dining and BBQ area along with a stylish raised sundeck making a perfect spot for a family or group to gather together to relax and dine. Parking is located to the rear of the villa on the first floor level.

    Car hire is recommended. The city of Rovinj is a must see highlight for anyone visiting Croatia. Other places which can be visited as day trips include the historical towns of Motovun, Porec, Vrsar, Pula and Hum as well as the beautiful islands of Brijuni.  A day trip to Venice is also very popular with Croatian Villas guests and can be arranged from Rovinj.       Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
