This 3 bedroom villa with infinity pool and jacuzzi is situated in an elevated position above the seaside village of Prigradica and offers stunning views of the bay and Hvar island in the distance. The villa is ideal for families or friends looking for a comfortable and relaxing coastal stay on what is undoubtedly one of Croatia’s greenest Island.
This villa is approached along a track where there is parking for up to 3 cars. Stairs from the parking lead to the first floor. Here guests will find an open plan living room/dining/kitchen with breakfast bar, a guest toilet and a sauna. Patio doors from the lounge open onto a covered terrace with a dining table and lounge area, a jacuzzi and an infinity pool offering sea views. The first floor features 3 double bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms, 2 of the bedrooms also containsea view balconies. There is also a gym on this level.
Car hire is recommended at this villa. The island of Korcula is a beautiful green island, with plenty of undiscovered authentic villages and towns around the coastline. Prigradica is a pretty town close to the villa is situated in a small bay with a shingle beach and a selection of cafe-bars and restaurants where guests can enjoy sea views from the terraces. Korcula Old Town is well worth a day trip - you can often see performances of their traditional sword dance Moreska, or try your hand at sailing or windsurfing in the nearby school. Guests staying in this region can also visiting local vineyards, take a day trip to Dubrovnik and other places such as the National Park of Mljet Island. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
