3 spacious terraced villas with stunning sea views rented together. Each villa has its own pool and terrace offering views of the Adriatic sea. A family friendly pebble beach is located approximately 200m away. The villas are ideal for a large family or group of friends who wish to holiday together and be within easy reach of Trogir, Split and the surrounding islands.
Each villa is accessed from the parking area located at the rear of the property.

Each villa can be rented separately.
Road noise may occur from a road located below the pool and terrace.
Villa Concept
At the villa there is one apartment which can cater for the whole villa capacity and features the right number of cups, plates, cutlery and glassware for the villa group size. The kitchens in the other 2 apartments have limited kitchenware, only sufficient to make tea/coffee and prepare a light snack/heating up food.
Each house is separated by a wall and a locked door. If 2 or 3 houses are rented together the doors can be unlocked.

Car hire is recommended at this villa for easy access to main shops and restaurants, just a few minutes' drive away. The beach is 200m away, accessed via an underpass. The villa is ideally located for exploring the Split Riviera, featuring the waterfalls of Krka National Park, medieval Sibenik with its magnificent Renaissance Cathedral and UNESCO protected Old Town of Trogir. Split City is within easy reach for a day trip.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
