    This lovely 5-bedroom villa is located on Ciovo Island and is just a 2-minute walk from the heart of Trogir old town. This property would suit groups of friends and families looking to enjoy the privacy of their own outdoor private terrace and to be near to local amenities.

    Guests can access the property via a narrow pedestrianized walkway, which runs parallel with the property’s private outdoor terrace; perfect for alfresco dining.  Past the terrace there is a low-rise gate leading to an indoor summer kitchen with an open BBQ.  In front of the summer kitchen there is the entrance to the ground floor, where guests will find an entrance hallway and 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.  The first floor can be accessed via external stairs found directly in front of the ground floor entrance.  On this floor there is an entrance hallway leading to a further 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and also a set of stairs leading up to the second floor.  On the second floor (Eaves) there is a 1-bedroom apartment with an open plan kitchen/lounge area, a double bedroom and a bathroom.  Each double bedroom can accommodate an additional person on a sofa bed and the apartment can host a further 2 guests on a sofa bed in the lounge area. 

    With Trogir old town practically on your doorstep offering shops, bars and restaurants, car hire is not a necessity.  There is a water-bus that leaves from the Marina for the popular city of Split or guests can explore the coastline with day trips from Trogir.  Have a read of our Trogir magazine for further information.

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
