    This spacious attractive villa is located in Kastel Luksic and is within easy reach of Split airport and the UNESCO protected town of Trogir. Kastel Luksic is one of 7 fortresses that were built between Split and Trogir around the 16th century. Guests staying here will find a charming seaside town offering lovely beaches with clear sea and a selection of restaurants and cafes.

     

    The villa is set over three floors, lower ground, ground and first floor. Each floor features the following:

    Ground Floor: Open plan split level kitchen/dining room lounge with doors leading out to the pool terrace. A double bedroom with en-suite shower room, separate WC

    First Floor: Double bedroom with walk in wardrobe, en-suite shower room and sea view balcony, a twin bedroom, a further twin room with additional 2 x pull out single beds, this room is recommended for up to 4 children. There are 2 x family bathrooms. 

    Lower Ground Floor: Double bedroom, Triple Room with 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed, separate bathroom, Konoba (similar to a taverna) with kitchen facilities, gym, sauna.

    Outside: Beautifully presented garden and pool area. Pool features Roman steps and is equipped with a water feature. There is also a hot tub, outside eating area, BBQ, children’s playground.

     

    Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. There are plenty of beaches within the area for swimming. Activities available nearby include scuba diving, snorkelling, wind surfing, bike hire as well as skippered boat hire, all of which can be arranged locally.       Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
