    This spacious modern villa is situated in an elevated position within each reach of Trogir and Split airport and offers guests fabulous views of the Adriatic Sea and the many off shore islands. Enjoy stunning sunset shows from the terrace whilst sipping a chilled glass of Croatian wine. The villa would suit a family or group of friends.

    The villa is approached from the main road below up a hill to a private parking area. Guests enter the villa into a corridor followed by an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge where sliding patio doors open out onto the sea facing pool and terrace area featuring a covered dining/outside lounge area, summer kitchen and BBQ. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a separate WC and utility room on this level. The first floor features the following: 2 x double bedrooms with patio doors opening out onto a shared sea facing terrace, one of the double bedrooms has a walk in wardrobe; a 3rd double bedroom with a picture window, en-suite shower room and balcony offering sea views, there is a family bathroom. As the villa is high up a very slight sound of road below can be heard from the villa sometimes.

    The villa is located next door to TG129

     

    Car hire is recommended at this property. The villa is situated on a hillside above Seget Donji, a typical Croatian seaside village located just a few kilometres from Trogir with its Old Town. A tennis centre is located at the nearby hotel approximately 5 minutes drive away. Recommended excursions from the villa include day trips to Split with its Diocletian Palace and Krka National Park with its stunning waterfalls.       Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
