The villa is accessed from the main coastal road, with gated parking to the rear of the property. A pathway leads down to the inviting outdoor area featuring an L-shaped swimming pool with Roman steps, a large shady garden with mature greenery and a traditional stone-built konoba — a rustic indoor dining and barbecue space ideal for evening gatherings. There is also an outdoor WC for convenience.
The accommodation is arranged over two floors. The first floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area opening onto a shaded terrace with outdoor dining, there is also a double bedroom, a bunk bedroom and a shower room on this floor. The 2nd floor (eaves), accessed via an external staircase, includes a bright open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge, a triple bedroom (double and single bed), and a shower room. Car hire is recommended for exploring the wider region. The villa is located in Kastel Sucurac, one of seven historic fortresses built between Split and Trogir in the 16th century. Local beaches, many ideal for families with young children, are within easy reach, while nearby activities such as scuba diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, and boat hire offer plenty of opportunity for adventure. The UNESCO-protected town of Trogir is also just a short drive away and well worth a visit.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
