Nestled on the hillside of Vinisce, overlooking its tranquil bay, these two 3-bedroom villas have stunning views of the sea, direct access to the stone beach, expansive living space within and a heated outdoor swimming pool for guests to enjoy. Either rented individually for smaller families or together for larger groups, the villas are in an ideal location, only a short drive away from the restaurants and shops the area has to offer.
Each villa has two storeys and access is made via a steep hill. The villas each consist of an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and pool. On this level there is also a separate WC and an office/play room, which can accommodate one additional adult or two children on a sofa bed. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, each with a balcony with sea views and an en-suite shower room. Outside there is private parking, large seating areas, including those for dining, and sun beds overlooking the beach. There are also steps down to a bathing platform by the seaside.
Car hire is recommended. Guests can take advantage of the villa location and explore Trogir, with its architectural delights and fascinating history. From Trogir, guests would also enjoy exploring further afield, including a day trip to the Blue Lagoon and Pantan Beach, which has now become a nature reserve.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
