This spacious, airy villa commands an elevated position above the seaside harbour town of Vinisce. The villa is situated within easy access of the UNESCO protected town of Trogir as well as the pretty coastal town of Primosten. The villa is ideally placed for clients arriving into Split or Zadar airport and would suit a couple, group of friends or a family looking to stay in a picturesque seaside village with the added bonus of having a pretty turquoise water filled harbour within easy access of the villa.
The villa is approached along a country road into a private car parking area. Steps from the car park lead to the main raised ground floor entrance. On this level there is an open plan kitchen / dining room / lounge, there is a separate shower room on this level. Patio doors from the lounge open up onto a pool terrace with sea view and shaded area for al fresco dining along with a sundeck with sunbeds and outdoor lounge furniture. The first floor features 3 x double bedrooms and a shower room. One of the bedrooms has a balcony. All bedrooms offer a sea view.
Car hire is recommended as the villa provides an ideal base from which to explore the region such sites as the waterfalls of Krka National Park as well as the historic cities of Split and Zadar which are all located within 30 – 60 minutes drive of the villa. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
