This two-bedroom villa near Zadar offers guests the best of both worlds, combining easy access to the sea with a peaceful countryside setting. Located just 3.5 kilometres from the historic town of Nin, a 15-minute drive from Zadar, and only three minutes from the Adriatic coast, it is ideally positioned for both relaxation and exploration. With a private pool, spacious terrace and garden, barbecue area, and tennis court, the villa is an excellent choice for active families or groups of friends.
The villa is arranged over two floors. The main entrance opens onto the ground floor, where an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge create a bright and sociable living space. Patio doors lead out to a generous covered outdoor lounge area, which flows seamlessly to the pool and surrounding sun terrace. A cloakroom is also located on this level. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two double bedrooms and two shower rooms. Outside, guests can enjoy the pool, tennis court, and a barbecue and outdoor dining area, ideal for relaxed alfresco meals.
Car hire is recommended when staying in the Zadar region. A selection of shops and restaurants can be found within walking distance of the villa, while Zadar’s charming old town is easily reached by car for a wider choice of dining and sightseeing. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
