Set within 1,500m² of private grounds and conveniently located within easy reach of Split airport, this spacious 9-bedroom villa is an excellent choice for larger groups. Well suited to families, groups of friends, or team-building and special-interest stays, the villa offers generous accommodation, flexible sleeping arrangements, and ample communal space for spending time together while still enjoying privacy when needed. Panoramic views across the sea and the Marina coastline further enhance its appeal.

The villa is approached from the main coastal road through the harbour town of Marina, with a short uphill drive leading to ample parking at the rear of the property. The accommodation is arranged over three levels, thoughtfully laid out to accommodate large groups comfortably.

Ground Floor – Sleeps 2. Accessed via steps from the parking area, the ground floor features a spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area, with four patio doors opening onto a covered sea-view terrace. A short hallway leads to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. This level also includes a utility room and a guest WC.

First Floor – Sleeps 8–10. Reached via an internal staircase, the first floor comprises two self-contained apartments. Each apartment includes an open-plan lounge with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a separate shower room, and a further bedroom with bunk beds. One apartment also features a double sofa bed. Both apartments enjoy access to a shared sea-facing balcony from the lounge and double bedroom.

Second Floor – Sleeps 8–10. The second floor mirrors the layout of the first-floor apartments and offers direct access to the parking area, making it particularly convenient for larger groups.

Outdoors. The villa’s outdoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and recreation. Guests can enjoy a BBQ area, outdoor dining space, pool table, and playroom with table tennis  all accessed from the ground floor. Steps lead down to the standout pool area, where an exceptionally large heated infinity pool overlooks the town of Marina and the Adriatic Sea—an ideal setting for group gatherings and leisurely days in the sun.

Single Bed options -All double beds throughout the villa are fitted with zip-and-link mattresses, allowing them to be configured as either doubles or twins. This flexibility enables the villa to accommodate up to 18 single beds, along with two double sofa beds, making it ideal for mixed group requirements. Please confirm your preference at time of booking. 

Car hire is recommended. Marina is a peaceful harbour town with beaches located approximately 300 metres from the villa and 400m from the nearest restaurant and bar. The historic town of Trogir, with its charming old town and lively waterfront, is a 20 minute drive away, while the vibrant city of Split and the waterfalls of Krka National Park are both easily accessible for day trips.
