    This Brac island countryside villa located near the pretty harbour town of Pusicia is this 5 bedroom villa with heated pool offering guests a perfect hideaway to relax and unwind from life’s everyday stresses. Guests at the villa can chill out by the pool during the day and enjoy al fresco dining in the evening. The villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing Island holiday. 

    This villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen / diner / living room, shower room and gym. From this level guests have access to the spacious stunning sea view terrace with pool, outdoor dining and BBQ. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, 2 double bedrooms with 2 separate shower rooms. In one of the double bedrooms there is a sofa bed for 2 persons.

    Car hire is recommended when staying at the villa. The nearby town of Pucisa offers a picturesque harbour, sea food restaurants, bars and various excursions. Brac island sites of interest include Vidova Gora, the highest point of all the Adriatic islands (778m), the towns of Milna, Supetar, Sutivan and Bol with the famous Bol Golden Cape beach as well as the Blaca Hermitage dating back to the 15th century located on the south of the island.       Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Please Contact Us should you wish to place an option on a property for 24 hours whilst you book your flights and/or make other arrangements.

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
