These highly desirable Ciovo Island beach front villas are located within easy access of Split airport as well as the UNESCO protected town of Trogir. Presented as a mix of 4 and 6 bedroom villas, each property comes with a private pool, lovely sea views and access to a communal shared gym. The expansive living spaces within are ideal for families and large groups looking for stylish and comfortable accommodation. A good selection of restaurants and cafes are situated within walking distance of the villas.
There are five villas in total - A, B, C, D and E:
VILLAS A, B and C
Villas A, B and C are spread across three storeys and can each accommodate up to 12 persons. Each villa is divided into 2 separate apartments (lower apartment and upper apartment) with each having its own entrance. There is no internal staircase connecting the separate apartments within each villa, each apartment is accessed via an external staircase.
Lower apartment: Ground floor features own entrance door, open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen leading directly to the sea facing terrace and 24m2 pool. There is also a guest WC on this level along with one double bedroom and en suite bathroom. The first floor consists of two double bedrooms each with an en suite shower room. This apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons.
Upper apartment: This apartment has its’ own entrance door. First floor features one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Second floor consists of an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with a sea facing balcony and two double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. A staircase from this second floor opens out onto a roof terrace offering panoramic views. This apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons.
Villa D is divided into 3 separate apartments (lower, middle and upper) each with its own entrance via an external staircase. There is no internal staircase connecting the separate apartments within this villa. Villa D can accommodate up to 12 persons.
Lower apartment (Sleeps 4): Consists of an open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen leading directly to the sea facing terrace and 24m2 pool. There is also a separate WC, two double bedrooms and a shared shower room.
Middle apartment (Sleeps 4): Consists of an open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen with sea facing balcony. There is also a separate WC, two double bedrooms and a shared shower room.
Upper apartment (Sleeps 4), Consists of an open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen with sea facing balcony. There is also a separate WC, two double bedrooms and a shared shower room.
Villa E consists of two floors and can accommodate up to 8 persons. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/diner lounge leading directly to the sea facing terrace, 39m2 pool and Jacuzzi. The first-floor features four double bedrooms, two of which have their own en suite shower rooms. The other two bedrooms share a separate shower room, there is a small office area on this level as well as a sea facing balcony.
Car hire is recommended, particularly for day trips to the historic town of Split or the dramatic waterfalls of Krka National Park. For boat lovers, guests can hire their own or enjoy boat excursions for a little island hopping. With its myriad of things to do and see, guests can also spend their holiday enjoying all that this region has to offer.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
