Located in the Varos District of Split city, this impressive residence offers guests a serene escape amidst the city’s rich history and coastal charm. Guests can enjoy being within walking distance of Split’s bustling harbour, charming cafés, and historic landmarks while retreating each evening to a calm and welcoming home.

Guests arrive via a quiet residential street where they'll find secure gated parking for up to three cars. The main entrance leads into a bright hall on the ground floor, where the generous living area and adjoining bar provide an inviting space to unwind. A kitchen and a separate dining room allow for relaxed home-cooked meals, this floor also includes a shower room. From both the kitchen and living room, doors open onto a terrace. Upstairs, the first floor hosts a spacious main bedroom with ensuite shower room, along with an additional double bedroom. The second floor features two further double bedrooms, one with a balcony overlooking the rooftops of the old town, harbour and sea, as well as a shared shower room. On the top level, guests will find a traditional-style study and a playroom equipped with games and a sofa bed (suitable for 2 children), and a small balcony with roof top city and sea views. Outside guest will find a large covered terrace, filled with well established plants and furnished with an outdoor dining area, comfortable seating, a barbecue, all enclosed for peace and seclusion.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children under 12 years.

The ancient Diocletian Palace, bustling markets and inviting waterfront promenade are all just a short stroll away. Beautiful beaches, including Bačvice and Kašjuni, are easily reached, offering clear waters and lively beach cafés.
