Located in the Varos District of Split city, this 4-bedroom villa with additional room with an extra bed is spread across 4 floors and is ideally located for a family, group of friends looking for a conveniently located property from which to explore the city and surrounding area including the nearby islands of Brac, Solta and Hvar. In addition the villa offers a roof terrace with views of the Adriatic Sea, islands, Split harbour and Split skyline.
The villa is laid out as follows:
Ground Floor – Entrance hall, living room with bar, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, shower room. Doors from the living room open out onto a fenced covered terrace (approx. 100m2) with grill, dining area and lounge chairs.
First Floor – Master bedroom with double bed, 2nd double bedroom, Family bathroom
Second Floor - 2 x double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features a large balcony offering roof top views of the old town. There is also a separate shower room.
Third (Top) Floor- Office/extra room with small balcony and roof top city and sea views. On this floor there is a children’s playroom with double sofa bed.
Villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children under 12 years.
The villa would suit friends or a family looking to stay in one of Croatia’s popular tourist destinations which has much to offer in the way of sightseeing, bars, restaurants and summer festivals as well as providing easy access to the numerous islands located offshore which make for ideal day trips. Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
