This 3 storey five bedroom contemporary villa with infinity pool is located in a tranquil setting on Krk island, Croatia’s largest island. Designed by a local architect to incorporate authentic regional materials, the villa offers stylish living for a family or a group of friends seeking a chic indoor/outdoor villa lifestyle.
The villa is approached from a single lane road into a driveway and parking area. Guests enter the villa to an impressive spacious open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, there is a separate guest toilet on this level. The focus at the villa is on communal spaces and the long dining table was created by hand restoring a reclaimed wooden floor from a Croatian country house. Patio doors open to the striking heated infinity pool with Roman steps entry, spacious terrace surround and an edible garden available for guest use. The garden is created from local plants which includes herbs such as mint, basil, sage, thyme as well as pomegranate. Next to the garden is a shaded outdoor table crafted from old roof beams where 10 people can enjoy al fresco dining.
A few steps across the pool terrace there is an annexe double bedroom with en-suite shower room and spectacular photogenic step access from the bedroom directly into the pool, perfect for social media enthusiasts.
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms each with en-suite shower room, two have a bidet and one has a balcony. The lower ground floor is an impressive spacious multimedia zone. Huge cushions and sofas offer relaxation around a cinema-lounge with a wide range of multimedia options including a large film wall, play station, Yoga studio and toy area. Yoga instructor available with advance booking.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. A few local restaurants featuring island specialities are within walking distance. The island “capital” of Krk Town is within 20 minutes’ drive as is the old wine heritage hilltop town of Vrbnik and the waterfront town of Punat from where the ten minute boat trip departs to Kosljun island (an island within an island) and the Benedictine monastery there (still working with a small number of resident monks). As Krk island is connected to the mainland by a road bridge, the villa is well located to explore the city of Rijeka and the resort of Opatija on the mainland and the hinterland of Gorski Kotar. Island lovers can visit the islands of Rab and Cres using the direct ferry from Baska on Krk to Lopar on the island of Rab to the south ( with sandy beaches) or from Valbiska on Krk to Merag on the island of Cres to the west. Both ferry lines take cars. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
