Set in a peaceful bay on the island of Brač, this elegant seafront villa offers a luxurious escape surrounded by natural beauty. Crafted entirely from the island’s renowned white stone, the residence harmoniously blends timeless Croatian craftsmanship with refined design. Ideal for families, groups of friends or those seeking a restful coastal getaway. With views stretching across the the bay to Sumartin and the Biokovo mountains on the mainland beyond, guests are invited to unwind in a setting that celebrates both comfort and sophistication.
Guests arrive via a scenic approach leading to a secure parking area beside the property. The villa is set over 3 floors. To enter the villa, guest descend some steps to the 1st floor. On the first and second floor there are four spacious double bedrooms with calming décor inspired by the coastal surroundings. Each has an ensuite shower room, one with a bath on the second floor, and a furnished balcony with sea views. The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining area, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame spectacular views of the sea and the Biokovo Mountains and give seamless access to the terrace and pool. The living area has a double height ceiling creating a spacious feel to the space. The kitchen caters for both casual meals and entertaining, while the adjoining wine cellar, sauna, and gym (up a few steps) offer additional indulgence. There's also a guest toilet on this floor. Outside is a good sized heated infinity pool, a summer kitchen with a pizza oven and barbecue, an outdoor dining table, sun loungers, and other outdoor lounge furniture. From the terrace, guests can follow a short path to a wooden jetty with direct access to the sea, ideal for swimming, kayaking, or paddleboarding.
For larger groups the villa is next to BC140 (sleeps 8) and villa BC139 (sleeps 12) is next to BC140. All three villas share a boat mooring just off shore, ideal for guests that have a larger yacht.
The following sports equipment for guest use are included in the price: three bicycles, two single kayaks, and one stand up paddle board.
Car hire is recommended. The villa sits just moments from the charming fishing village of Sumartin, where guests can discover friendly cafés, waterfront restaurants, and a traditional harbour atmosphere as well as lovely beaches. A charming family-run restaurant can be found just 200m from the villa itself. The surrounding coastline is dotted with quiet coves and pebble beaches, offering excellent swimming and snorkelling opportunities. A short drive leads to the larger town of Bol, home to the celebrated Zlatni Rat beach, known for its ever-changing shape. Beyond the shoreline, visitors can enjoy scenic cycling routes, vineyard tours, and hiking up Vidova Gora, the island’s highest peak. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
