Luxury 4 Bedroom Brac Island Water Front Villa With Heated Infinity Pool near Sumartin sleeps 8
Located on the waterfront on one of Croatia’s most popular islands, this Brac island villa offers guests stunning sea views, a spacious outside area including a pool, a summer kitchen, along with direct sea access. The villa is spread across two levels and can accommodate up to 8 people. The large living space and the lovely outdoor area make it ideal for families or groups keen to be close to the sea and nearby town.
The villa is set over 2 floors. Guests enter the villa on the ground floor where the parking area is located. On this level there is a professional kitchen, a wine cellar, a living room with a smart TV, a sauna and a gym, and a guest toilet. Outside is a good sized heated pool, a summer kitchen with a pizza oven and barbecue, an outdoor dining table, sun loungers, and other outdoor lounge furniture. There is also an outdoor shower, WC, and the sea can be accessed direct from the garden. On the first floor there are four spacious double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms.
The following sports equipment for guest use are included in the price: three bicycles, two single kayaks, and one stand up paddle board.
Car hire is recommended. Brac island is a beautiful practically untouched destination, with many charming traditional villages to explore. Outdoor activities available within the area include fishing, diving, water skiing, hiking, gliding and parasailing. Nearby Sumartin is a pretty seaside town with plenty of restaurants and lovely beaches. A charming family-run restaurant can be found just 200m from the villa itself, while the café-bars and restaurants of Sumartin are within a short drive away. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
