This welcoming four-bedroom villa with pool is set in an elevated position on the island of Ciovo close to Trogir. Within easy walking distance of local restaurants, cafés and shops, and just a short stroll from the beach. The villa is a practical and relaxed choice for families, two families or a group of friends travelling together.
Accessed from the coastal road, the property offers gated parking and is arranged as two self-contained apartments — one on the ground floor and one on the first floor — each with its own private entrance (there is no internal connection between them). This layout provides flexibility and privacy while still allowing everyone to holiday together.
The ground floor apartment is entered via a few steps leading into a hallway and open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with pull out sofa bed for 2 persons. Sliding doors open onto a spacious balcony with sea views and dining facilities. This level also includes one twin bedroom, one double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pool, a shower room and a separate guest WC.
The first floor apartment, accessed via an external staircase, mirrors the layout of the ground floor with an open-plan living space and two bedrooms. The sea-view balcony on this level is slightly smaller, and there is no additional guest WC.
Outside, the villa’s pool terrace provides ample space to unwind, with sun loungers, BBQ and a small children’s play area — ideal for relaxed days at home between beach visits.
The beach, shops and restaurants are approximately a five-minute walk away. Car hire is recommended for exploring further afield. Ciovo offers a variety of beaches and water sports, while historic Trogir Old Town is just across the bridge. Split and the wider Dalmatian coast also make excellent day trips.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
