Located on Ciovo island—connected to the mainland by bridge—the villa sits within a small, private resort enclave of individual villas and is semi detached with villa TG139. Guests approach via the coastal road, covered parking is located at the rear. Entry from the parking area leads into a spacious split-level open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with stunning views over the pool and the Adriatic. This floor also has a guest WC. From the living area large sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace where guests can enjoy a heated pool, shaded lounge areas and immediate access down a short pathway to the beach.

The first floor features three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. Two bedrooms offer sea and pool views whilst one has access to a side sea view terrace. The third bedroom connects internally to a bunk room ideal for younger guests. From the first-floor hallway steps lead up to the villa’s standout feature—a spectacular roof terrace with sweeping sea and coastal panoramas.
