Set in a peaceful bay on the island of Brač, this elegant seafront villa offers a luxurious escape surrounded by natural beauty. Crafted entirely from the island’s renowned white stone, the residence harmoniously blends timeless Croatian craftsmanship with refined design. Ideal for families, groups of friends or those seeking a restful coastal getaway. With views stretching across the the bay to Sumartin and the Biokovo mountains on the mainland beyond, guests are invited to unwind in a setting that celebrates both comfort and sophistication.
Guests arrive via a scenic approach leading to a secure parking area beside the property and enter the villa via the top (2nd) floor. The villa is set over 3 floors and is equipped with a 0.9m wide lift. On the 2nd floor there is a Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further 2 x double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one of the double bedrooms is disability friendly. The first floor features a Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 x double bedrooms with en-suite shower room, gym, office area, table tennis table. All the bedrooms in the villa contain balcony or terraces with panoramic sea views with seating. 3 of the double beds can be separated into twin beds. Please request this at time of booking. The ground floor is laid out as an open plan split level kitchen/dining area/lounge with doors opening onto the spectacular pool terrace. Additionally on this level there is a Finnish sauna/Spa, Snooker room, Utility room, wine cellar, guest toilet.
The beautifully presented infinity pool and garden includes a shaded dining area with BBQ and summer kitchen, outside lounge facilities. Stairs from this level lead down to the sea, beach and sunbathing jetty and pontoon with ladder entry into the sea. A selection of sports equipment for guest use is included in the price, please check amenities section below for details.For larger groups the villa is next to BC140 (sleeps 8) and villa BC141 (sleeps 8) is next to BC140. All three villas share a boat mooring just off shore, ideal for guests that have a larger yacht.
Car hire is recommended. The villa sits just moments from the charming fishing village of Sumartin, where guests can discover friendly cafés, waterfront restaurants, and a traditional harbour atmosphere as well as lovely beaches. A charming family-run restaurant can be found just 200m from the villa itself. The surrounding coastline is dotted with quiet coves and pebble beaches, offering excellent swimming and snorkelling opportunities. A short drive leads to the larger town of Bol, home to the celebrated Zlatni Rat beach, known for its ever-changing shape. Beyond the shoreline, visitors can enjoy scenic cycling routes, vineyard tours, and hiking up Vidova Gora, the island’s highest peak. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
