    Set in a peaceful bay on the island of Brač, this elegant seafront villa offers a luxurious escape surrounded by natural beauty. Crafted entirely from the island’s renowned white stone, the residence harmoniously blends timeless Croatian craftsmanship with refined design. Ideal for families, groups of friends or those seeking a restful coastal getaway. With views stretching across the the bay to Sumartin and the Biokovo mountains on the mainland beyond, guests are invited to unwind in a setting that celebrates both comfort and sophistication, complemented by a full team dedicated to creating a truly memorable stay.

    Guests approach the residence via a driveway leading to a convenient parking area beside the entrance. The villa is set over 2 floors, guests enter the villa down some steps to the first floor. The first floor features four double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and the others have ensuite shower rooms. All bedrooms have furnished balconies, three have sea views whilst the fourth has a nice shaded position. The ground floor features a spacious open plan living and dining area with a kitchen. This floor also has a wine cellar, a living room, a gym, a sauna, and a guest toilet along with a unique stone and antiquity feature. The living area opens onto the terraces offering a range of areas for relaxation and dining, including a summer kitchen with a barbecue and gas stove, a shaded dining area, and comfortable seating. The large heated pool, with an integrated jacuzzi section, is surrounded by sun loungers and Mediterranean landscaping. From the terrace, guests can follow a short path to a wooden jetty with direct access to the sea, ideal for swimming, kayaking, or paddleboarding.

    For larger groups the villa is in between BC139 (sleeps 12) and villa BC141 (sleeps 8). All three villas share a boat mooring just off shore, ideal for guests that have a larger yacht.

    The following sports equipment for guest use are included in the price: three bicycles, two single kayaks, and one stand up paddle board.

    Car hire is recommended. The villa sits just moments from the charming fishing village of Sumartin, where guests can discover friendly cafés, waterfront restaurants, and a traditional harbour atmosphere as well as lovely beaches. A charming family-run restaurant can be found just 200m from the villa itself. The surrounding coastline is dotted with quiet coves and pebble beaches, offering excellent swimming and snorkelling opportunities. A short drive leads to the larger town of Bol, home to the celebrated Zlatni Rat beach, known for its ever-changing shape. Beyond the shoreline, visitors can enjoy scenic cycling routes, vineyard tours, and hiking up Vidova Gora, the island’s highest peak.       Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
