Aston Martin drives into Croatia

Legendary British automaker Aston Martin has expanded its presence into Croatia with the opening of a new dealership.

The manufacturer - whose fans include super spy James Bond - will launch its business in the capital Zagreb and believes that its models will prove to be a hit with Croatian car enthusiasts.

Alongside local firm Spectator Grupa, Aston Martin will begin by offering a number of its famous vehicles and servicing facilities to locals and visitors to the country alike.

Director of business development at Aston Martin, Philip Kleinmann, said: "Before entering the Croatian market we have taken our time to carefully consider the right location and partner for Aston Martin.

"In Spectator Grupa and their facility in Zagreb I am confident we have found the partner who perfectly befits our brand."

Earlier in February, the Croatian capital was recognised by the European Commission for having the second-best transport infrastructure in the continent.
