Attend concert with Roger Moore on Croatia holiday this summer

Britons who book a holiday in Croatia for themselves and a James Bond fan in their life may be treating a loved one to a welcome surprise this summer.

According to Meri Matesic, director at the Croatia National Tourist Office in London, ex-007 actor Roger Moore will be in the country in September.

Moore has become a frequent visitor to the Dalmatian coast in recent years and may opt to stay in luxury accommodation in Croatia.

Ms Matesic explains his visit, saying: "Traditionally at the beginning of September, the Julian Rachlin and Friends concert takes place and this year there is going to be Roger Moore there, who [has] become [a] regular guest."

Those who head to Croatia and attend the event may not only benefit from top-quality music, they could also get the chance to meet the Hollywood star.

Other attendees of the Julian Rachlin and Friends concert include star of the screen John Malkovich.
