Beyonce to begin world tour in Croatia

Popstar Beyonce will kick off her world tour next year in Croatia when she will perform in Zagreb on April 26th at the Arena venue in the city.

The 'I Am…' tour will include 21 dates across Europe with concerts in Vienna, Paris, Berlin, Zurich, London, Manchester, Stockholm Dublin and Belfast.

It is the singer's first full-length tour since the Beyonce Experience in 2007 and will include live performances of songs from her I Am Sasha Fierce album.

Theirry Mugler, a world-renowned designer, director and photographer will work as the creative advisor and costume designer for the events.

Beyonce's new concert production has promised to showcase the star in a newly-created high-tech state-of-the-art concert environment.

Electronic music band Depeche Mode will also be staging a concert at the Zagreb Arena as part of its European tour on May 21st next year.

The English band's Tour of the Universe 2009 will take place in 28 cities and will begin on May 10th in Israel.
