Birmingham exhibition may provide inspiration for Croatia holiday

Those in attendance at an upcoming exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham may be inspired to book a holiday in Croatia following their visit.

The venue is set to host the British Ski and Board Show from Friday (October 29th), which offers advice, equipment and information for a trip to the slopes this winter.

Croatia is emerging as one of Europe's best up-and-coming ski destinations, perhaps triggered by its excellent facilities and great value for money when compared with traditional winter sports locations.

Organisers of the exhibition hope it will encourage people to down tools for a short while during the cold season and have fun in the snow.

There will even be a display by Olympic, European and World Cup champion snowboarders, who are set to put on a spectacular display for everybody to enjoy in the West Midlands.

Last week, the Croatian Times reported Jutarnji List as stating there had already been the first flakes of snow in Croatia, suggesting the season will be a successful one.
