Book accommodation in Croatia for first Triathlon
02 November 2010Tourists who are fighting fit have been presented with an opportunity to combine an historic Triathlon with a holiday in Croatia.
The island of Korcula, located off the coast of Dubrovnik in the country's southern tip, is to host the event on 30th April 2011.
Known as the Marco Polo Challenge, the Triathlon will feature both professional and amateur athletes, all competing in various sporting challenges beside the Adriatic Sea.
Families, adventurous visitors and even children are welcome to join in the fun and build up a sweat under the warm spring sun.
